Course description

Course BLERTON MOSS ACADEMY Rifle-Level 3 is the continuation of our previous courses. It is run on an advanced level, so speed and precision matter most.

At this stage we start shooting under pressure, operating on covers both individually and in small groups. Are you hurt? Not a problem, we will teach you how to handle a gun using one hand only.

After a brief review of the basics, we move on to new skills.

Preliminary requirements:

It is required to complete the Blerton Moss Academy Rifle -Level 2 course (or any other course on a comparable level). The course includes basic pistol use, so skills in this area are also required.

Main points of the course:

  • Shooting under pressure and shortage of time.
  • Adjusting equipment to a tactical situation.
  • Shooting (various pace levels).
  • Dynamic shooting (twists and turns).
  • Operating on covers (in small groups).
  • Moving between covers, covering fire.
  • Wounded shooter.
  • Obstacle course drills.

Equipment needed:

  • Rifle and sling,
  • semi-automatic pistol,
  • 600 rounds of ammunition 5.56mm,
  • 80 rounds of ammunition 9mm,
  • 4 mags. 5.56, 4 mags. 9mm.
  • Tactical vest 2 mags. pouches-5.56;
  • tactical belt 1 mag. pouch-5.56mm, 2 mags. 9mm;
  • OWB holster,
  • Clothes adjusted to the weather conditions,
  • eye-protection and hearing protectors.

Additional information:

To complete the course you have to pass all levels of theoretical and practical exam.
The Academy reserves the right to remove a participant from the course in the following cases: poor performance, not fulfilling the course standards or posing a threat.
