Course description:
Course BLERTON MOSS ACADEMY Rifle-Level 1 is an introduction to handling a pistol. It was created to teach you basic manual skills, effective firing on short distances. We work on shooting accuracy, manual activities, and movement. Completing the course is the perfect background for your further development.
Preliminary requirements:
You need to know how to use a gun safely.
Main points of the course:
- Proper customizing of equipment.
- Proper configuration of a gun and accessories.
- Safety rules.
- Tactical aiming.
- Proper shooting stances.
- Ready positions.
- Steps after neutralizing a target.
- Static shooting – various ready positions.
- Shooting – various stances.
- Line-of-sight change.
- Jam-clearing drills.
Equipment needed:
- semi-automatic pistol,
- OWB holster,
- 450 rounds of ammunition (you may order it from the Academy),
- 4 magazines,
- tactical belt 2 mags. pouches-9mm;
- Clothes adjusted to the weather conditions,
- eye-protection and hearing protectors.
You may bring anything you have. Our instructors will help you customize your equipment. You will be surprised it works well.
Additional information:
The course is run on two sides – the strong and the weak one. You will experience various stressful situations. Mind you should react to them.
